NEW TO Mock Trial 2019-
2019 Regional Competition Most Effective Attorney & Most Effective Witness-Optional Opportunity
The Nebraska State Bar Foundation’s Mock Trial Program encourages coaches to teach high school students about civility and good sportsmanship. Included in this year’s Case Materials is a "Most Effective Attorney Certificate" and a "Most Effective Witness Certificate.” At the conclusion of each trial, student team members will have the opportunity to select two opposing team members and present a certificate to an attorney and a witness. Each team will need to print out and provide their own certificates to present at each trial.

Entry Fee
- The fee for the Judge Lyle Strom High School Mock Trial Program is $50/team. On September 26th the fee increases to $100.

Code of Ethical Conduct
The Code of Ethical Conduct form must be read, printed out and signed with ALL signatures. The CODE form can be submitted with your Mock Trial 2019 Entry Form or it can be mailed to the address below. Click here for the Code of Ethical Conduct form.
Submit one form per team. For example, if your school has five teams then each team must submit a form.
