Its objectives are to

Under the PEOPLE umbrella are two committees: Civics Education and Bench Media. Civics Education is chaired by Senior Judge John Gerrard, United States District Judge for the District of Nebraska.
The Bar Foundation has many Civics Education Programs. The Civics Education Committee depends on hundreds of volunteers to serve as attorney coaches and volunteer judges for numerous Bar Foundation programs, including the Mock Trial Program, We the People: The Citizen and the Constitution Program and hosts for Job Shadowing for Fifth Graders.
